So this is happening..

Lately I've been getting more inquiries to give speaking engagements. They are humbling, to say the least, as they usually put me beside some really established players in the food scene. 

Having said that, come over to the latest one I'm doing! I've been asked to talk on Wednesday, Oct. 8 for the Unilever Food Solutions' Culinary Festival - nice and breezy and all about the latest food trends. 

The venue is at the Le Pavillion, Manila, from 9am-3pm.
