International Chef's Day

I inadvertently spent International Chef's Day at a special charity dinner hosted by LTB and prepared by the award winning culinary team of the #MarriottManila. They served us their medal winning dishes, starting with this almond crusted halibut with crab, edamame and corn ragout and a saffron aioli. A winner for sure!
